What in the World?!?

This is new for me!  I haven't blogged in quite some time.  I want a place to put recipes and creations and my journey to a happy, healthy life, so I decided to start this blog.  I hope you will bear with me as I learn to navigate this new adventure.

Remember this is a place for my ideas and you may disagree with them that's your choice!
